Professional to work with.  I have only good things to say about Capener Losee.  They've kept every commitment they have made to me.  The people I can see writing bad reviews seem to have had bad credit or maybe are just rude people.  Don't take it out on them that you have bad credit or don't qualify.  You have to make usually 3 to 3.5 times gross income what you're trying to rent as a general rule.  I run a marketing business and rent space through Capener Losee.

We have absolutely loves renting from them! We've been in 2 different apartments with them, first a 2 bedroom amd then a 3 bedroom. They helped us find a bigger apartment when we decided to expand our family. Theyre very affordable. And reasonable.. we've had a few times were we couldn't pay our rent on time, and they worked with us, they're wonderful. Fix problems fast and are very friendly. We will be going through their business to hopefully buy a house, eventually as well. Highly recommend Capener and Losee. (:

The ladies in their office are fairly professional and friendly. I've never had any problems with them over the phone or in person. Love the apartment.

I rented an apartment from them and they overcharge me with fees when I turn my keys in ,they charge me for a cleaning fee of $125  and I left it very clean, charge me $135 fee for repairs that did not exist because I patch every single nail hole on the walls, so at the end they kept $305 from my deposit and took them over 4 months to returned to me. Stay away from this unprofessional matherfuckers they will reap you off.

Feel free to ise this real estate company if you want to be treated as if your money is no good to these people. They speak to clients in a very judgemental way and then laugh at you with other staff members. There is zero professionalism in the company.
