Let me first say I had never been a client here. My regular vet was closed. At 630 on a Thursday night, I went seeking emergency help for a very ill cat I'd just found. After a tech initially told me the cat would not be able to stay overnight, Dr.Whitehouse examined her and told me she was in a bad way and that euthanasia may be the kind thing for her but gave me the choice of treating her instead and offered to keep her overnight in order to do so. This very ill cat survived the night and ate to her surprise. I'm not sure yet if she'll be a survivor but I thank Capeway for being there when I needed them most. UPDATE- "Rose" as the vet staff named her was released to a forever home after spending 10 days recovering at the animal hospital. She received great love and treatment while in their care.

Just wanted to thank the staff at Capeway especially Dr. J. She was so caring and understanding of the issues Peyton and Remy were going through especially when it came time for them to move on. I highly recommend them for the care of your pets. Will be coming back when we take on another pet in near future. Thanks again Dr. J!!!!!

I’ve been bringing my cat here for years and have never had a negative experience. The staff is always pleasant and Dr. Sherman is one of the best. He answers every question or concern you may have and makes you feel very comfortable

Absolutely amazing, the staff genuinely cares about my pet. I have never met a more kind, intelligent and sincere group of doctors and staff. I wish my human doctor was this attentive and genuine. Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable, they go above and beyond to remember the 'little' things. Also, they are always on point with their scheduling, I've never waited more than 5min in the waiting area for my appointment with my pup.

Capeway has always taken EXCELLENT care of my pets. I have had both cats and dogs in the past, but have had significant medical issues with both of my dogs. They may not always have the answer right away but they care and will see your pets medical issues through, even if it means referring them to a higher level of care.
