The lady was extremely rude. They carry the companies name but, claim to be privately owned. I ordered my shoes online. She said we don't measure kids feet unless your buying the shoes from us. As a result she refused to measure my daughters feet so that I can get the correct size. I could go on and on but I think you get the point.

There was a super rude lady Who did My daughters pointe shoes measurments and she Was very rude and didnt want to gire us the measurments. Wont be returning !!!!!!

They have the best customer service. No fanfare, just solid and extremrly helpful. It's never a problem for them to check stock and hold items for me which is a great convenience since I don't live near by. Oh, and they always have what we need when none of the dance stores near me do.
