I absolutely love being a member of Capital Bank, but this particular location is terrible! Many of the employees are rude and barely speak to you. One time I came through the drive-through to deposit a check and the lady did not greet me nor did she say thanks for visiting or anything. She just took my deposit slip and sent it back. The employees seem very unhappy and it is a drag visiting this location. Due to the rudeness I typically go out of my way to visit other locations instead.

I've been a member for 5 years and always experienced excellent customer service and respectful and helpful staff.

I would give no stars if possible! Live an hour away took my mother to get new debit card she has been doing with out one for months. She walked in at 4:55 and told her they already shut machine down. The hours 9-5 after driving hour... Not only being turned down but the fact the lady was totally rude about it... My mom wanted to stay with this bank because she liked it but obviously different branches are very different
