Very helpful and patient.   When my wallet was stolen I was given professional attention by the current mgr. Mr. Richardson.  He took time to follow the proper protocols to make sure my accounts were protected.  I have been a customer at the south side branch for many years!   I appreciate the service granted me!

Every week is the same... SLOW SERVICE!!! they always run out of money even tried giving me  $200 in ones.... today the Manger told everyone in the drive thru that she was verifying everyone's checks... to by time... then when she was asked why they were verifying a check she tried turning it around saying that she was actually verifying a check in the lobby.... come on you straight lied to her face....  there were more than 10 people in line in the lobby. The 2 people working the lobby weren't even helping anyone.... it took 30 minutes to cash my check.... they are never again getting my business....
