Tellers are always nice and friendly but greeter at door is never sincerely friendly. Also, I've complained about a racist sign to 3 people there, including the manager, but no replacement sign has been posted. Current racist sign is cheap paper, homemade looking so not an expense to replace!
I should change to another business but have not bc of the inconvenience. My bad.

I wish I could give negative stars. HR and Management are the laziest people on the planet and are not concerned with doing their job or helping customers. It was one of the worst places I have ever worked.

I love this bank. Been a customer since 1982. Personal loans, auto loans for our sons, mortgages, and below market interest credit cards. Great money market fund. The newer branch at the Lake Ella Publix plaza is open until 7 p.m. weekdays. Can any big national bank top that?

Used to be a longtime member, but since they became a bank... not anymore. I have been a member since 1993 and until they became a bank, I loved having them. Since then, they are acting like a bank. Hidden fees and poor customer service makes me wonder why so many wanted them to become a bank in the first place. They used to have tons of branches in and out of the state but only have a few now. I used to be able to call and get an answer to any question from the front person, but now you have to play phone tag with 10 different people just to get a 50/50 answer. They lie about when fees go into effect and don't inform you like they use to. I guess that is what happens when a credit union wants to be Bank of America. My accounts are happily with Ally now and have no issues of the sort I had here.
