Fantastic, Capital City Floors were professional from beginning to end.  No surprises, and the brand new floors look great.

VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP.   I wish I had read the reviews on Capital City Floors before we contracted with them.   The quality of work was very poor and will probably have to be re-finished.  We see sanding swirl marks all over the floor at night when the overhead lights are on.  They also did not sand the floor all the way to the wall.  The large sander stopped about 8 inches from the wall.  I assumed they would use a smaller unit to go up to the wall.  They did not and again we can see the difference in finish when the lights are on.  Aron was constantly asking for cash money saying he wanted his wife not to see a check.  Once paid he would not fix his mistakes.  I will have to have the floor repaired at a cost to me unfortunately.  I would not recommend this contractor

I'm very happy that I chose to go with Capital City Floors.  I was on a very tight time constraint and they were able to get the job done within the time frame I needed them to with a great end result.  They guys were polite and very nice to deal with.  I have recommended them to a few of my neighbors and would use them again!

I was a little concerned at first as I had a lot of projects going on simultaneously.  Capital City Floors was able to work around the other guys I had in there and get the job done right.  My floor looks great and my partner and I couldn't be happier.

Should have known these guys were bad news when they asked me for tools to do their job on the very first day.  Two months later (they promised a 2 week job) the results look terrible and the work is going to have to be redone.
