We have been going to Mr. Tire in Pickerington for more than a decade. We have had good service, but our experience today made us cut ties with the Pickerington location. We were assured that our car would have an oil change yesterday and be ready to be picked up yesterday. We made sure the associate yesterday had our preferred phone number before leaving. We didn't get a call yesterday. They called us this morning after an hour of being open. The manager, started by asking how we got in the car. I replied by using the fob. The manager then said well the fob didn't work and the key didn't work to get in the car, so he asked again how we got in the car. He assumed that the key and fob didn't work and we didn't inform them. Not a good decision on his part to wait a day to call me and then to assume I was wrong. He didn't try to resolve the matter in any other way by troubleshooting the problem or giving a reason why we didn't get a call yesterday. When we arrived he was more than happy to give us the key and let us leave. It has been an expensive and not totally satisfied experience overall. Guess we have to find a different service provider. The service has been inconsistent with surprise calls about service that needs to be done, at high costs to us. When we say that the cost is high, then they find lower cost parts or other deductions. I don't like getting calls to say my car is done but there are high cost repairs that are needed, as well. I am not buying a used car, but expecting good service at a reasonable cost.

George is one if the most honest manager you can have in place, got what I needed and only that and fair prices is always for sure!

The oil change experience was great. Everyone was friendly, and professional. The service was performed in a reasonable time frame.

Both of our cars are regularly maintained here. Service is professional, friendly and to the point. Pricing is always competitive and George does a great job getting you in and out quickly.

Highly recommend that you call and schedule a drop off for any appointment that you may have with them. It is just way to convient! They take excellent care of you car while it is there and will call you when it is done!!
