I adopted a shelter pup and before taking him home, I was told that he was heartworm positive, so I knew that I had to get him set up with a vet fairly quickly. I called around to multiple vets, but none were as helpful and affordable as Capital Heights. We got an appointment for Tux right away and the service has been amazing! They know us when we walk in and they remember Tux’s name too! The staff is so wonderful and really great! Affordable prices and a caring staff, what more could you want in a vet?

Capital Heights has been the kindest and most sincere vet clinics I’ve been to. My 4 year old lab mix isn’t pretty skittish and they went above and beyond to ensure his happiness and comfort every time we go. The staff is extremely receptive and happily answer any questions or concerns I have about my pet’s health. I am thoroughly impressed every time I’m in their office and will recommend them to everyone.

This is a great place to take your pet. I felt welcomed and that my elderly dog was taken care of. All of the people who worked there were pleasant and helpful!

They are professional and fabulous.  The rehomed a sweet kitten I found following me as I checked out my trailer. They named her Oops. Thanks everyone.

Love Dr Taylor.  Staff always is nice and will work in emergencies same day.  Have boarded cat before and was good experience.
