We were greeted as we came :} and take right to an exam room. The Tech was very prompt in getting to the room to get Zippy and Zoey. She got their nails clipped quickly and they looked really great! Everyone at Kleinpeter Vet. Hospital is so nice and professional. They all go out of their way to make sure your pets are taken care of. They answer any of your questions you have and ask you if you have an questions. We love taking our pet there.  We feel like we are apart of one BIG happy family.

I love the staff and all the doctors.  They love my pet as much as I do.  They are a comfort to me that my pet is being taken care of, whatever the current situation is with my pet.  I can ask them anything and if they don't know they will find out and get back with me.

So I changed to this vet because near by Vet clinics were just not comfortable. Don't ask me why, I just didn't feel it. I took my dogs to another near by vet for my dogs to get their nails trimmed. A few days later my dog had a broken bleeding nail because it was too long compared to the ones that were cut. They obviously forgot about that one nail. I complained and nothing was done, forget about a discount... I didn't even get a "we are sorry about that". Anyway, came to this vet and from the time I came in IT WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. Just what I was looking for. It was calm, super clean, staff was friendly and my dog even felt comfortable unlike the other chaotic vet clinic. I have so far been here two times and plan on continuing to come. It's all about customer service to the pet owners and the pet itself.

Cochon loves going to Kleinpeter and I’m never worried because I know he’s in great hands!!! The staff as well as the facilities are impeccable!!! We love Kleinpeter!!!

Kleinpeter Veterinary Hospital is simply the best. The entire staff is so caring and loving with my two dogs. I'm amazed how they always remember their names, and even some of their quirky behaviors (like insisting on carrying a toy at all times). My dogs love the staff there as well! There is nowhere else I would rather bring my dogs than Kleinpeter.
