Only ATMs at this branch but can do most things at the ATM. Staff are very nice and can support and assist you with any queries. Can have long queues sometimes hence only four stars.

I had a great experience today, I hadn't 't had a bank account for more than a year and I decided to open up an account there,  because is near my house. I didn't know what to expect, but this branch, starting from the security made me feel I was in a friendly place, he was smiling...when I get to talk with the executive to open up the account, she was outstandingly helpful, her name is Maria, she made me feel welcomed, she was kind and she answered all my questions about, the benefits,  the fees and everything regarding the services the bank provides me as a customer.

Great customer service in this branch, I highly recommend it.

The bank has no tellers, only ATM's. For me is ok though, but sometimes you need a person to help you, which they have.

The greatest percentage of reviews that end up being written are unfortunately after one has a bad experience, and I am no exception to that statistic.

However, my first experience with this branch made me feel as if I were one of their television commercials, due to the overwhelming, attentive, and above-and-beyond service that I continue to receive during every single visit.

And yes, as with every bank - especially those which become highly recommended, as I'm sure this branch has to be - there are times where the wait for a Banker (as opposed to Teller), can consume a bit of time - and unless they decide to staff 10-Bankers to just pop in once or twice a day, magically when the wait is long - they have to do their best with what they have, and that they do.

The [former/promoted] Manager has consistently stepped in as a Banker, acting as a support for his current staff, during those busy hours.

Without going on much longer - I'll just say you will NEVER experience a bank and staff closer to what a business would hope to be perceived as, than you will at this branch. The staff from Management, to the Bankers, all the Tellers [Hello Betty & Tyesha, you girls are KNOCKOUTS (sorry if I misspelled your name)], and even the Security Guard who keeps the waiting room organized, knows most of the guests by first name, and feels like someone you've known for decades.

You guys all rock! Thanks again!
