Went to open an account. They served the guy that came after me first while 2 employees looked on. Nevertheless the only reason I opened the account was bc I wanted as little access to the money as possible. I also wanted to open a custodian trust account and she didnt know what that was.

I had an extremely time sensitive issue; and was working down the street so I couldn't leave. After being put on hold twice; I was asked for my number so I could recv a call back- that was at 5:47pm and I never got the callback - really frustrated; I get it's almost time to go home but; now I'm screwed for sure. Thanks guys!

The least reliable and trustworthy bank (that's saying A LOT). I was supposed to drop off 2 receipts/checks to prove a payment to a merchant was made and "Omneya" LOST THE RECEIPT/CHECK! Even worse is she went on vacation for a week - all the while lying about having it in a drawer somewhere, until she finally admitted that she lost it AFTER 4 weeks

The facade is egregious for this neighborhood. Management would never allow curb appeal like this in Manhattan, why is it okay for jersey city?
