What was suppost to be a 20 min stop had turned to almosy 45 min now, and I'm still waiting to be attended.

It was my first time coming to this branch. I was just passing by and couldn't understand their new ATM. Went inside for help and this gentleman Carlos Nicely helped me use the ATM step by step. That's good customer service👍👍two thumbs up best branch so far..😊

For associate service, take a plenty of time and arrive early. You will get stuck in the line for over 2 hours. Nice reps though.

Zero stars. Stay away from this terrible bank with their do nothing employees. While I waited, I could hear at least 10 employees laughing in the back. This wasn't during lunch hours either. Awful customer service.
