I got lost finding the store so when I called them for help, they talked me all the way there. That includes the number of stop lights between where I was. Brad started my paperwork earlier than my appointment time and afterwards offered to file with insurance first then I would pay the remainder. Then Teresa showed me the equipment and completely explained everything about it. She sized me for the mask, showed me how too wear it and how to maintain it. I think it took all of 20 minutes from beginning to end. Really nice and professional. Clean environment too.
