elicious food, kind staff, and the restaurant was cute too!! despite what other comments say, I feel like the food was great for the price !! 13$ for steak nachos and everything had generous proportions. I would totally recommend this place and their cream soda was so good
We were skeptical of going here because all of the reviews we noticed of the food taking a long time to cook. We had a party of 7, so that’s why. However, the food came out extremely fast. Portions are great, flavor was pretty good. Price is a bit high, but what isn’t high these days? All in all, a great experience. Make sure you download the app to get your free queso bites! The only thing I didn’t care for were the churro bites. They were gross. Parking: Strip mall so ample parking outside. Businesses weren’t too packed however, so can’t speak for when that happens. There is a huge Target parking lot right behind the building, however.
Such a great change of pace from the regular day to day restaurants! Food was fantastic and the staff, some of the friendliest around. They made our kids feel special and were very attentive to even our littlest one who loves to tell stories. They have a chalk wall to draw on in the back by a few arcade games that took their attention and allowed them to be occupied while their food was being cooked. As for the food, it was great the perfect portion size and we got a variety from tacos to quesadillas to quest bites and fresh baked chips and queso! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience.
Oh lord where do I begin. If you look through my review history, I love Capital Tacos. Especially the one in Tampa. Now I know this is a franchise and each store is different. But I expect a certain level of quality when coming to one of my favorite franchise taco places. I was excited to hear of one open in Orlando. But ultimately that excitement was short lived. Me n my two friends were given such a sad excuse for what could be identified as food. The quality and taste of said food fell way below what I deem average. On top of that, whoever was the person responsible for folding a burrito was obviously never given proper training. It came undone as soon as you open the foil wrapping. I was able to refold mine but my friend was not so lucky. On top of that, to rub salt on my wound they give us a takeout box with queso already in it.... I was very disappointed and very dissatisfied with this Capital Tacos. Don't waste money here.
Just went there for the first time today as they opened up today. The staff were super friendly and helpful when ordering. The food was well worth it and tasted phenomenal! Definitely check them out
I walked to the register and there was no line. Yet, I waited around 10 minutes to have my order taken. I was then overcharged for my food and the workers didn't know how to do a refund. The whole process took around 20 minutes before they told me they couldn't do a refund. I would have given it a 1 star but the food was actually really good. The tacos were amazing and the homemade chips were great. Would go back for the food but not the service.
Im back here, the quantity of the ingredients and sauce was great last time, hopping for more of the same. Today I am trying the fajita chicken burrito.
I just attempted to eat here. I live very close and hadn't tried it yet. When I walked in I didn't realize they were about to close. The first thing the lady working the burrito area says to me is "we're closing in five minutes you're going to have to order to go." I was planning on ordering to go to begin with but decided not to order anything at all based on the rude greeting and tone of voice. The food might be good but I'll never know because I got such a horrible impression as soon as I walked in. Bring back Moe's, from what I can tell the service here is probably trash! I'll stick to Tijuana flats across the street. It's cheaper and the staff is usually pretty friendly.
We were served fast at this place, and the food was pretty good, but I paid almost $12 for a family sized potion of chips and queso for me and the two other people at the table. The chips portion could have been more, but my main complaint is the queso. It didn't even taste like cheese. The burritos we got were pretty good but this queso has traumatized me. It was burnt and it tasted like peanut butter and I had to throw it out. Kerri was very friendly and the service was good tho. Wish they had more vegetarian options or a build your own burrito type thing.
Really nice surprise. Dropped by New Years Eve for a quick, light dinner. Tried 3 different tacos all with excellent blends of flavors. I oohed and ahhed my way through each one, then helped my husband attack his Philly cheesesteak fries also delicious. We’re Coca Cola snobs and were happy to see it in glass bottles—our favorite. Friendly staff, fast service, decent atmosphere for a casual, fast meal. Will definitely be back.
