I had my Kia Soul towed to Capitol Body Shop of Byram two weeks ago after someone hit me. Yesterday, 5/31/16, I picked my car up only to find that my check engine light and oil service light was coming on. My oil tank was bone dry. I had my oil changed two months or three months before the wreck. The damage from the wreck looks okay, for now, but now my car is making a horrible noise from under the hood. IT WAS NOT MAKING THIS SOUND BEFORE I TOOK IT TO CBS of BYRAM. I called the shop back yesterday and the guy there keeps implying that this was something that was happening before. Absolutely not!!!! I'm going to try to contact the owner to see if anything can be done. I was super excited about getting my car back yesterday after two weeks but now I am upset because it is in worse condition that when I took it there. As for the service, it was good. Most times I couldn't make it there to sign the paperwork and the rep there worked with me via email. I would totally like to give this place a five star because I feel like I received good service but I am very disappointed.
