The Service team was professional, courteous and easy to work with.  The service project requested was performed promptly, accurately and within the quoted time frame.  Additionally, the service team performed a multiple point inspection and provided a report.

I dealt with Mike Rossi. He is a great guy, very educated about your vehicles, and ready to answer any questions. It was the end of the work day, but everyone treated me with patience and kept their sense of humor, regardless. I was treated with respect and although I was buying a used vehicle, there was no pressure to look at new instead. Your "Big Deal" was an added bonus that made me very glad I used Cap City instead of other dealerships with similar  Kias in stock. I left with a general peace of mind that you stand behind your cars. Efficiency on your part made the whole experience quick and painless.

They are really caring people who just want to help you find a good safe car. MCMAHON Chevy Buick who sold me my lemon made it feel impossible to get into a more reliable car. A friend of mine from work told me about Capital City Kia and they really made sure I got what I needed. I won't go anywhere else. You need to give them a shot. THANKS MIKE and the whole Kia family, Kristin & Casey did the Finance, Nicole was my friends friend. They all stopped what they were doing to take a picture with me.
