My review of the Capitol Police in Washington DC. Most of them are professional. I got called Sir three times when I was in the Senate Hart building. I'm a transgender woman and when I got arrested for civil disobedience the police were very professional. This is me holding my arrest paperwork after I got sprung after paying my fine. unfortunately the police have to follow orders from a mostly Republican Senate and House of Representatives. So all in all they did their job in a very professional way while they arrested me. I always retain the right of free speech and assembly which is guaranteed under the Constitution though. Saying that if I ever get arrested again by this professional police force I reserve the right to alter this review.. if they do not uphold the highest standards of police professionalism!

just what to say how  one of your officers this past sat. was so helpfull to us . In given directions to 8th street  it was about 11;30 in morning and he was a motorcycle officer. Told him we were looking for the d.c. dog kennel he even thank us for getting a rescue dog. I shook his hand and thank him for being so helpfull.

These people that work there are unprofessional. They hang up on people and lie and say that they are in charge. When they would not let you speak to their superior. I hope you have a good vacation.
