The new owners have done a lot to make things cleaner, nicer and safer.  I have lived here 3 years and I really like the new management and care takers.  We don't get as much riff raff coming through since tithe new company took over. 😃

It is more of a gravel parking lot but the sites are surprisingly wide and the Manager was so friendly and low key. We arrived late and she had no problems with us sleeping in and leaving late without charging us an extra day.

The bathroom and laundry room are very clean and nice... will definitely return and stay when passing through.

Crowded, basic campground. Spaces too small for big rigs.

Yes, it's in a poor part of town.  We have been here a month now and no loud parties, everyone is very respectful of each other.  Very clean park, manger and staff are wonderful.  So, don't judge a book by it's cover.  I have seen more break ins and theft in the nicer neighborhoods in this town.
