My grandma lives here, and alot of other senior citizens. When she first started here it was $450 for the lot. In the past couple years they have raised it. Most of the seniors living there are on a fixed income, and still have to pay for all the other bills and food. This place is taking the elderly for all they got, leaving most people with nothing after paying bills. My grandma is left with less then $50 dollars for the month for groceries because of all the price hikes. For as much as they pay for the lots the people working the grounds should be doing more working instead of picking on the elderly. The workers go from mobile to mobile writing everyone up on violations most of these seniors can't do themselves and also don't have the money to pay to get it fixed. Not just one violation, they are getting them on several ridiculously made up so called violations to try and get money out of the elderly. Glad my grandma will be moving soon. This place should be turned in for elder abuse, their sick and disgusting for what they do to them!!! There is a extra warm place in hell for people like you that abuse the elderly!
