I felt like an honored guest at Capizzano Olive Oil & Vinegars.  The staff is very knowledgeable and the store is a joy to step into.  They do a wonderful job educating their customers and if you have not been in before they encourage you to do a tasting.  They have an excellent selection of "infused" oils like garlic and herbs and even fruit.  The tasting was a real eye opener.  I could not wait to get home and start cooking with the evoos and vinegars.  They also have a nice selection of specialty foods, cook books and high quality, one of a kind gift items.  A fun AND educational experience.  These people know what they are doing!

Fantastic selection of olive oils. The owners are super educated, love their stuff and share their passion! All other products are great too: balsamic, infused oil, soap... Go buy your olive oil here instead of crappy imported oil from big stupid pseudo italian brands.

Cappizano is the best! The couple that own it are passionate and knowledgeable. Great selection of high quality oils and vinegars. Owners are super helpful if you go with a "purpose" - they help you pick out what you need/what will work well for what your intended use is. There is always a row of Cappizano bottles on my kitchen counter. Not cheap, but worth every penny!

Capizzano Olive Oils & Vinegars is a wonderful "home town" store where all will feel welcome. Their array of oils, vinegars, spices, and salts are tremendous! Exceptional quality and very inexpensive! I love this local, warm feeling store!
