I don't know who was running the shift but I can tell you I stopped by for lunch with my parents around 12:15pm. I ordered a BBQ and bacon crispy chicken sandwich meal and it was the worst chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. The young man behind the counter wasn't in uniform and when I bit into the sandwich it was tough and dry. I took a second bite thinking it was just some gristle but the entire chicken was rubbery and cold. When I went to the counter I asked for a new sandwich and told the manager what was wrong. She tool my food and told the grill. That gentleman was less than pleased with my request and asked FBI wanted just the chicken or a new sandwich. I asked for a new sandwich and said "well he is going to wait 5 mins for then" I know how long it takes to drop fresh chicken. I got the new sandwich and the first few bites were good, the chicken was fresh up until half way through and it was the same story again. A rubber hockey puck between 2 pieces of bread. I have 11+ years of Mcdonalds experience in all areas of the store and never have I come across such lack of care it takes to serve fresh and hot food. I am sincerely disappointed

This rating is for this location only and not McDonald's  as a whole. The staff were somewhat short and snippy. Especially the "trans gender" guy who seemed annoyed that I was bothering him.  I'm sorry you gave us two cheeseburgers fully loaded when we asked for them plain.?

Also, my kids saw the minion toys and asked for a happy meal.  Two out of three had this super lamo electric piano toy thing with R McDonald on it.  When I asked about it, he/she snipped back that they are all out of minions.  Okay, then put a note on the display case.  I spent extra money on a happy meal because my small children wanted the minion toy.  Overall experience sucked, but the food was fine and warm so I gave 3 stars.

One of the better McDonalds around the area. Competent staff and fast service. Food is consistently good here. Can get very busy during peak hours but service speed is good.

Fast food?  No.  Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to.

No consistency. Order a Mcdouble and you may or may not get pickles, ketchup, or mustard or any of them. Trash is always overflowing. Kethchup dispensers for fries are always empty. Tables never wiped down. Very disappointing location!
