These guys were fine.  The one thing I was super unhappy with was they said they would make a recommendation for cat food and they packed "Samples" that cost me $200.  I thought the bill was super high but it was two cats and one had tests done so I didn't pay attention.  They helped me load the cats in the car and again, my fault for not paying attention . One food was for weight loss and one was for better nutrition.  For that kind of money, they should have come with little cat trainers.  And the food did not perform.
