Great staff and nice facilities. Very caring and attentive. The rooms in ICU are very nice and spacious. The therapists, especially speech therapist Mary, are awesome! Social workers and the billing department staff were very nice. We will always be grateful to this place for the incredible love and support they showed to our family.

I went to complain about being circumcised here without consent when I was born. I told them that I didn’t want to pay I just needed to complain. They sent me to the ER instead of someone in charge. So when they had me sign the document saying it’s okay for them to treat me I refused. So when the doctor finally got to me about 2 hours after I had got there. The doctor didn’t listen to me at all. I came to get my doctor records and they didn’t even look for them they said it was too long ago. I’m only 23 they should still have my records. He said there was nothing they could do about it and had no sympathy and didn’t even care that I was circumcised and didn’t want to be. And I didn’t even ask to go the the ER I just came to complain and get my records. All he said he could do was take a look. So I said I would show him but when I showed him he grabbed my genitals without even asking permission. He grabbed my testicles to check for cancer when I already told him I had no other problems at all other than being circumcised. And he grabbed my penis too. It was horrible, unpleasant, uncomfortable, unwanted, and absolutely disgusting. Both the doctor and the nurse dashed out of the room immediately after he groped me and they didn’t listen to any of my complaints at all and I didn’t even get to show them what I was talking about. I was talking about circumcision and all he thought about was a regular checkup for testicular cancer. I keep myself healthy and I can examine myself. I felt so uncomfortable from that doctor and still feel violated days later. This is so horrible. And I didn’t sign to be treated so he illegally touched me. They don’t care that they cut off my foreskin without my permission against my will as a baby never allowing me the pleasure of my own foreskin. And they still continue to circumcise baby’s when there is no proven benefit and they know that! And I told them my family doesn’t do that for their culture so they had no reason to do that to me. They circumcise routinely, unforgivingly, without permission. And they sell the foreskins of baby’s for profits. They didn’t apologize, they touched my private without permission, they charged me $250 with my insurance. They are completely worthless and make things worse than they already are. They cause problems and then charge you to make them worse and they don’t care about anyone expect themselves and their jobs. Facts 💯 I never signed to be treated and I told everyone there I didn’t come to be treated only to complain. I called them to complain two times. They have horrible office hours. The first time I called and complained about my visit to the hospital coordinator. He said he would have his staff call me in the morning and they never did. And I heard distinct laughter in he background on his end of the phone. And I called the next day to complain again they didn’t have any staff there at 5 pm when I get off work. They only take calls from 8-4 M-F. I work all those hours. So I left a message and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I’m never ever going to the hospital or taking care from these people ever again i would much rather just die. 💯

Took child birthing classes and delivered my son here last fall (2016). Great teacher, easily accessible classes, timing worked perfectly for my husband and I. Delivery was a blur, but successful! I remember all the nurses and doctors being very empathetic, patient and helpful. Returning here in the new year for another delivery and feeling confident to have a repeat of excellent service.

My daughter had her second son here at holy cross, she love the care she was provided. She said they treated her GREAT. She had a bad experience with first born at another hospital. I totally recommend this hospital to all my friends and family.
