Ordered the sirloin medium rare came out well done. Waitress was very nice and replaced my entire plate of food. Came back out cooked right. Serves beer too. Would have given 4 stars if came out right first time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I are truck drivers and had to walk to get food from Sinclair, Cappy's was supposedly open until 9, and right when we were walking up at 815pm, within 20 feet, a worker comes out, turns off the sign walks inside and locks the door. Said nothing to us. So we called and asked, aren't you open until 9? And we were told, yeah but we're closed now. Nothing else, no explanation, no apology. That's awful customer service. We will never try to eat here again. Walked to the Best Western Tavern and had GREAT pasta. 
Will NOT recommend Cappy's to anyone either.

I enjoy breakfast, and the worst two breakfasts I've ever had were in restaurants in the state of Wyoming. What is it, don't Cowboys enjoy breakfast? This morning in Rawlings I went to a place called Cappy's I think they left the R out of the name. I ordered scrambled eggs with home fries and a cup of coffee, I told this to the waitress twice. She brought me two fried eggs over easy with a plate of french fries. I told her I ordered scrambled eggs with home fries, she took the fried eggs back and brought me two the greasiest scrambled eggs I've ever had. I just dropped $11 to learn that lesson again. If you smell cleaning disinfectant when you walk into a restaurant turn around and walk out.

There chicken fried steak sandwich was not the best I had. But the wife liked the teriyaki chicken sandwiches

Halibut and fried potato special was great! Service excellent and price very reasonable.
