I planned a successful surprise birthday party with help from Brian, the manager. The food was good with large portion sizes and we were able to bring in a cake. We used a semi private room that's perfect for a small dinner of 12-15. The decor is upscale and classy with service to match. Ask for Domenic. He was a great server who was attentive and funny.

I've been coming here for a couple years now. And there is a reason. The food is awesome every time I come, on the weekends the place can definitely fill up but that's usually no problem for me just a little wait which is to be expected. This time around though I was seated immediately on the outside patio with downtown downers all in view, a beautiful site. Staff is always nice even for someone who generally just gets a table for 1 not exactly a big priority in other restaurants but I'm always treated well when I'm here. I recommend Capri Downers Grove to anyone looming for an amazing dinner in the downers grove area.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, highly recommend for a dinner date, couples night out, or bring the kids. Food is top notch, but entrees are reasonable priced. Try the brussel​ sprouts, rogatoni vodka, and carrot Bundt cake.
