I'm so done with this location. My fries are always cold.  I have to always go back in and get some hot fries and that fact I always ask for my chicken to be fried hard and as long as I wait in line, my food should always be fresh and hot. I live out this way, but I will just go back to my favorite location on 9 mile and Coolidge in Oak Park. I have never had an issue like I do with this Sterling Heights location. They are straight .

Ordered hours before I arrived, said it would be ready when I got there. I showed up on time and waited 30 minutes for wings that were barely seasoned. One star for the polite cashier. There's a half dozen other wing shops within a mile or two of this one, gonna make them my places from here on out.

The manager Rhonda at the Van Dyke location was very defensive when I called with a complaint about the chicken tasting spoiled and smelling spoiled. She didn't even listen to me she just automatically said our chicken is not spoiled there's nothing wrong with our chicken. I already ate some today and it was fine. I did not call to argue with her I called to tell her that the chicken that I received smelled and tasted spoiled. There was one or two pieces that me and my daughter tasted that was okay and two or three of the other pieces tasted spoiled we did not taste all the chicken but we decided to stop eating it. And through the ones that we tasted in the garbage. Rhonda told me if I want to refund I have to get the bones out of the garbage and bring the chicken back up there and they were only going to refund me for six pieces of chicken out of a 10-piece. It's not even about the refund it's about her nasty  and defensive attitude. Will not be ordering there again.

Ordered 20 wings.  Very small, their chicken is not like it used to be. Also, the sides potato salad, etc. are not filled to the top of the container, but the prices are the same.  Disappointed. Will try a different Captain Jay's<b>Food</b>: 2/5

I ordered wings from them in 2021 it was good. September 2022 ordered 50 wings very pricey $65 cooked to hard. Ordered a whiting sandwich it was fried to hard.

Called in my order, told 30 min… showed up at 40 min..luckily it was ready. BUT it was incomplete…smh… manager was nice enough to make it herself, now I’m 50min vested… not worth it

Food was just ok, also they need to clean their drink machine something terrible, water was cloudy and it had things floating in it and it had a slight smell.<b>Food</b>: 1/5

Customer service is horrible. “Manager” always has an attitude. When they mess up an order they don’t replace what’s missing or what their protocol is. Never will I shop with them again.

This restaurant needs a new MANAGER to retrain all these workers terrible service and always missing items. They are beyond RUDE.
