The chicken meals and spicy chicken sandwich are great, mashed potatoes, excellent however waiting through the lines is ridiculous. Hire more people to work the window or open up the inside to the public and hire more people for inside. Do something!! No one wants to sit through a line with no less than 20 cars at any given time. The food is good but come on!!

I Door dashed at this location and it's a very helpful tool in me deciding where I choose to eat as well. The setting wasn't professional at all. I was handed a open bag which allows access to the customers meal, very unprofessional and a drink that was running over and spilling out. I had to ask the cashier if she could put the appropriate carry out closure stickers on the bag and seal it so the customer would feel safe. I didn't try the food here but they wouldn't get my business based off how this order was handled.  It did smell good and the environment was clean though.

I ordered chicken tenders and they were delicious. The biscuit was a little dry forgot to ask for jelly but still good. And just asy luck would have it, they were out of mac and cheese :- but the red beans and rice is always a good option.Food: 5/5

Been there 4 times this year, all at lunch time around noon. Twice they have been out of chicken pieces. First time I thought it was a one-time occurrence. Today, it happened again. Chicken is good when you can get it, but sides are undersize and mediocre. Will not be trying this place again.

EXTREMELY rude staff. They had no sides available besides beans which I didn’t know so when I asked for mashed potatoes the lady YELLED at me to inform me. I also asked for two Dr Peppers for drinks and she gave me Sprites and claimed I ordered that and then she got angry and threw my drinks out and filled them with Coke because they didn’t have Dr Pepper in stock either. Rude staff, don’t even have half the items on their menu. Will make sure to never visit here again and recommend you don’t either.

BEWARE OF EATING HERE!!!  Every time I see the commercials on TV I cringe because I ordered from here a few months ago and got food poisoining so bad I had to go to the hospital and was sick for nearly a month.  I called the store to let them know and they said the manager would call me back to talk to me but I never received a return phone call so I had to get the health department involved.  I used to be a loyal Popeyes fan and would put up with their long lines, bad customer service and iffy food quality depending on what time of day you went but now I'm done for good.

Ordered on the Popeyes app and was told food would be ready at 2:10 pm on a Friday afternoon.  I got to the resturant at 2:12 pm and I was told to wait for the chicken to cook.  It was finally ready and given to me at 3:10 fully one hour after I ordered.   Obviously, this will be my LAST TIME going to this popeyes.  It's located in Sterling Heights south of 15 mile road.  Stay away.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. The staff was very friendly, the food was great, and we got our order very fast. They were out of some items, but I assume its because they got slammed at dinner time, and I was there a little later.Food: 5/5

They don't have any of the deals online. Then they never answered when I called.  It was very disappointing  to go here and then to have them avoid me. I work in the restaurant  industry  and I know their regional manager so I will be reaching out. Disrespect of the customer means no respect of the people that pay the establishment that pays you. So I hope the fix the issue or problems.

Ordered a meal with red beans and rice as a side. Upon eating the Red Beans and rice. The Rice wasn't done. Returned the food back and was told they do not give refunds. Go to this restaurant if you want your food given to you blindly. I couldn't get a refund because the Manager and Cashiers are scheming money from the Registers putting money in their pockets thru the Drive thru.
