I enjoyed the fact that I got a car and my credit wasn't that great. Friendly staff and they work with you on getting a car. Service was great cos they meet you right in the parking lot literally. Overall my experience was good. Will come back for future cars. Thank you Alma and Juan and the other guys that I can't remember their names right now. 😊

Their “customer care” never picks up. I called a bunch of times, left messages, and was never called back. Also, I was 19 and pressured into getting a car I did not like. 3 years later and I’m still paying it off. Doesn’t make sense to me how I still owe $9,000. That’s how much the car was worth. Needless to say, they haven’t helped me solve this issue.

Never buy a car here! They got me with an 06 truck with 192k miles for $17k+. Now I know It was worth no more than 7k at the time! Plus financing and "othercharges" it was a total of 34k plus my 1k down payment. All the good reviews you see its cause when you buy a car from them they make you write a good review before leaving dealership! I recommend that if you have bad credit go buy from dealerships that have BANK financing!

Read the print!! They give you a shirty car. Won't fix it. Charge 350 to fix. Won't get your money back. They're scamming people left and right!!! The contract says if the car goes bad, You won't get any money back. And if you do return the car you will still have to make payments on it. Don't go here!!!!

My experience was GREAT. They worked with me and I don’t have the best credit. They were nice and friendly! The sale lady that delt with me and family was committed to getting me into a car. I drove off the lot with my car same day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
