TL;DR version: Got a starter for wife's car for a third of the price of the auto parts store.

Starter on my wife's Saturn died, so I bought one from Car Recyclers, based on a friend's recommendation. Got it back home, noticed a couple of teeth on the starter were chipped. I called them and asked if they could do anything about it, and they said they'd give me a refund. That right there is pretty good customer service policy, because it's a junkyard, so they don't have to offer a guarantee.

We actually ended up doing an exchange. (The only difference was that one wire attached on a different part of the solenoid. The wire has enough stretch to make it.)

The starter looks nearly new and works great. I'm happy with the part, and I'm VERY happy with the price!

THIS IS THE MOST HELPFUL AUTO PARTS PLACE IN THE WORLD  .  ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE SO POLITE AND HELPFUL . THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR FINDING MY RIMS AND ENGINE FOR MY CHEVY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
