No haggle, no hassle.  Our sales representative Jim was great - he let us test drive several vehicles over a couple of months, until we knew what we wanted.  It just happened to be in Hatfield, and so he had the car transferred over the next day for us.  The rest of the staff at Chester Springs helped to have us driving home in our beautiful, low-mileage car a couple of hours later.  The only reason for the four star is that when we got home we realized that one all-weather floor mat was missing. But Jim is working on remedying that...

Great and easy process. We arrived at 3pm with a few cars in mind, test drove them, talked to John our sales guy, and walked out by 6 with my new car! We did not expect to walk out on a Saturday with a car but their finance department and workers are amazing! Great and easy process. Also went in three days later for a minor repair and they honored it with no charge.

I just bought my third vehicle from Car Sense in Chester Springs and had another great experience.  After dealing with other car dealers (new and used) in the past, I will never again put myself through that aggravation.  Car Sense has quality vehicles and service to match.  Every employee I've dealt with has treated me with total professionalism and respect.  I highly recommend them.

This was as good of an experience as possible when purchasing a vehicle. Our sales person, Josh, was great. He was prepared for our visit and was very knowledgeable about the car. The car was ready and waiting for our test drive. We have purchased several vehicles from CarSense and would highly recommend them. Their vehicles are clean, low mileage and priced competitively.  The only issue is that the process does take some time to complete. Prepare to spend a few hours from arrival to departure, but its a very comfortable, clean and pleasant place to wait while the paperwork is prepared.

Car sense was a great experience. They had a perfect Jeep for my wife and they were awesome with the trade in value of our car. The warranty aspect is great, if you keep cars for a long time then it's a great piece of mind. 

Freddie was great to work with and the other sales people are very nice and helpful.

We will leave them as our first option for our next purchase.
