Had my Lexus towed there and let mechanic Bob go at it.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair deal to replace my alternator. I was surprised to find such a qualified mechanic at a place that tows cars.  I suspect my bill would have been much higher had I had it towed to Lexus. I was in a hurry and Bob worked through the weekend to get me back up nd running.  THANKS BOB and PAUL, I won't hesitate to come see you again.

Crooks plain and simple. You should just turn around and go ANYWHERE else. And if they are your only option, well just set your car on fire amd walk away....you'll be saving yourself the money and headache

These guys are excellent. I was on the turnpike, had a blowout on a trailer tire, and called them. They got me fixed up and back on the road in less than an hour. The guy even gave me his own tire because he couldn't get a new one fast enough. These guys are honorable and fair. I would 110% recommend these guys and I wish I lived closer so I could patronize them more often. Honor. These guys have it.

On a Sunday night in Chester Springs, on our way home from a family party just before Christmas my BMW X5 died. I don't have AAA and was in an unfamiliar area so I used my phone to find a local tow company. I picked a place called Eagle Towing. I gave the person who answered a "ballpark" location, all I had was a street name. I was told they should be able to get to the area shortly and would call me to pinpoint my location. I hung up to wait and naturally my bad luck continued and my phone died. To my amazement the tow truck pulled up within 15 minutes, when I didn't answer my phone the driver searched until he found me. The vehicle was towed to their yard and I found a ride home. The following day I called the office and asked if they could look at the BMW and possibly fix it. I was told after quick look, (at no charge) he advised me it would not be an easy fix, his educated guess was a timing belt and told me just to confirm what he suspected may not be a good idea. He told me to think about it and let him know. I decided at this time not to do anything with the car, called Eagle and asked if they could tow it to a friends in West Chester. They towed it with no problem. Through the whole ordeal Eagle was a pleasure to deal with. Now came the part I was dreading, time to pay the bill. I was shocked! In a great way! The entire bill for getting towed on a Sunday night and then to my friends house was less than what I had to pay a local service for a scheduled 2 mile tow of my sons car last year. Eagle Towing didn't charge me a dime for the 4 days my car sat in their yard or for their evaluation, which was confirmed after my friend had time to look at it.
I was in a vulnerable situation and was lucky enough to pick the right company that night. Their honesty, courtesy, knowledge and understanding BLEW ME AWAY. I hope the people of Chester County realize what they have. Since then I've recommended Eagle to family and friends in the area and anyone else that will listen. I can't say enough about them. I wish they'd open in Montco!
