I have been going to this Car Spa location for years. Never dissatisfied with the exceptional service I receive each and every time! I make the drive all the way from Humble, TX just to get my detail service and the quality is nothing short of amazing. You guys keep up the awesome work!

The manager(s) here have no idea what it means to provide good service. If you're disappointed by your wash, they simply do not care. They have your money and they couldn't care less if you walk away unhappy.

We paid the extra three dollars to get the underbody of our car washed and when we found out it was just a light spray, we were disappointed and went to speak with them about it. They are very aware that their wording is misleading and they didn't try to amend it. 

I wouldn't go here again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR HERE
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would but in order to write this review I have to give it at least one star. I pulled up noticed the prices were very reasonable which I was impressed by. I got the full detail interior and exterior, they pulled my car around and went and looked inside and asked if they were done because it didn’t even looked vacuumed they said yes and I asked if they vacuumed it and he said yes and asked if anything needed fixed and I told him it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed so he took it around to re vacuum it which I shouldn’t of have to of done, but whatever no big deal nothing a vacuum can’t fix. When he brought it around again I said thank you and that it looked great I sat down and noticed my gear shifter cover/ center console was all scratched up which I knew wasn’t from me because my car is my baby and I had just gotten it and it’s a 2017 Kia Forte with only 3,000 miles on it. So I ask to speak to the manager and he comes over and looks at it and try’s rubbing it off as if it’s dust (clearly it wasn’t coming off) then he calls his boss over and I said I wanted my money back and they should replace it and his boss said we’re going to have to deny it and I said you won’t give me my money back and he said no. After that I was furious and shaking. If you don’t care about your car then go for it take it to this awful place but if you car about your vehicle and want it we’ll taken care of steer clear. Please spend the extra money to get your car well taken care of.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always do a wonderful job on my car. I get my car washed and oil changed here .
