It took an hour to get in for a trailer washout. I pulled up to the Middle Bay then he had me move to the bay to the left then he had me move back to the bay to the middle and then back to the bay to the left. Just didn't make sense. The guy that did the washout was a nice person. Courteous

Slow and very rude  pull in bay and the guys  walk away not a word came back later.

The waiting room isn't amazing and the staff was a bit rowdy but damn did they do an awesome job. And although they were busy, the staff was for the most part very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Slow workers and rude people, just read the sign on the door. Spend big dollars to do a job, do it right the first time. For god sakes put the cigarettes down and work!

Employee was smoking inside, blond female manager was rude beyond belief, giving me grief about having my truck on, my keys were in my pocket the whole time though.
It also took an excessive amount of time for a simple wash out. I would recommend avoiding this business to any driver.
