I love car toys in general they are a good company but every time I have gone in to this location they have tried to up sell me on at least 1 thing and I find it very annoying because they tried to get me to go from a perfectly amazing amp that was $300 to one that was $800 after I already bought the other one. Also they quoted me $300 more on an install than one of the other stores and when I asked why they said because the other store would do a crappy job. I thought that was very disrespectful to be bashing other stores from the company like that especially in front of other customers. They are friendly people they just need to work on staying within peoples budget and don't bash other car toys stores because it makes you look very unprofessional!

Super popular location so they were very busy. Staff was very helpful, answering my car sensor Bluetooth connectivity upgrade questions. Going to have my car upgraded next week.

Check this Car Toys out. Great Installer and top notch Service. Oh and did I mention, they have DC Audio :)

My boyfriend went in and had an alarm system put into his truck.. he specifically said if they couldn't do it by the time he needed it done, he would wait to have it done. He calls around the time we were expecting it to be finished and the salesman says "about to more hours". This wouldn't be a huge deal if he wasn't told it would be done at a certain time. The sales people are extremely rude and we do not care to deal with this location again.

I had a  very positive experience at Car Toys. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and even though I came in for a smaller/cheaper purchase he was very engaging and cared about the sale. A+
