Shane was amazing to work with. He was honest and I knew he had our best interests in mind. Shane is down-to-earth and extremely helpful. The entire team was pleasant to work with and accommodating. I understand they have a business to run and need to make money but in the end we were able to meet on a common ground and we got our dream car. They are responsive and genuine and you get the small business feel with the big name brand.

Acura of Lynnwood is an excellent place to take your car.  Always greeted in a friendly way-- Sheri and Rick from the service department always make sure my other cars and my newly purchased car are in great running order!  And also Chris who just sold me a new Acura checks on me each time I'm there whether a car wash or check up. Highly Recommend Acura of Lynnwood

Oil change was quick and easy! Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Waiting area nicely renovated, clean and relaxing. I always enjoy getting my TL serviced here!

I love taking my car into Acura of Lynnwood. The service desk staff and the sales staff literally bend over backwards to help every time and they are so incredibly friendly... oh, and they sell quality, beautiful vehicles, like the one I purchased there. I would recommend Acura of Lynnwood to anyone and everyone and will continue going there for my vehicle needs. They also do an incredible job detailing cars, after spending a winter outside, my car was growing green in the creases and it looked better than when I first purchased the car when I picked it up. Love these guys, go there, you seriously won't regret it.

Car sales procedure was too long. I had to wait almost 50 minutes to get my papers signed.
After 1 month, I brought my car to the dealership to inspect my tires, because one of the tires was losing pressure. They inspected it, and told me that there was a nail and they removed it. They did not provide any receipt for the work. Next day, my tires kept losing the pressure, and I went to Costco for tire inspection. Costco tire specialists showed me that there was no work performed on my tires.
I would not recommend this dealership and its service center for anyone.
