I just got back from a long road trip and the front of my car had a lot of dead bugs on it. I went to this location today about 4 p.m. there was no one in line in front of me I was surprised that I got right in. There was a girl who was scrubbing the fronts of the cars and the windshield, she took one look at the front of my car and just Shrugged her shoulders gave one Glide across it with the broom and next thing you know I was in the car wash. When I got to my next destination which was just a few miles down the road I looked at the front of my car. It doesn't look like it was even touched!  I know 15 bucks is not a lot to pay for a good car wash but the guys that work there don't hurry up and just run the broom over things they scrub the front of your car if it needs it without being told. I was very disappointed so now I'm going to have to clean the front of my car by myself. If I wanted to go to a self-serve car wash I would have done it and not spent $15 on a car wash at Car Wash Express. First time I've had a disappointing experience there.

It was a very busy day but the layout kept the line from interfering with traffic and moved fairly quickly. The young man at the pay station was very pleasant and personable - wish I had gotten his name because I can't say I've had cause to take such notice of this position before. Prices start at $9; vacuums and a mat washer are free which are an added value.

I personally enjoy the customer service here. I come here so much and recently just bought a new car. A WRX actually and decided to get the unlimited car washes for $34.99 I believe it was. I go at least once every other day due to my work and where i drive my car can get dirty fast. I do realize however when ever I leave the car wash and get home from work or get to work I still see wet marks on the back of my car. The only thing holding me back from making this 4 star a 5 star. Sometimes i do have to clean it at home just to get it out the way but overall I enjoy a quick wash through the car wash express. Sometimes i even snapchat how cool it is going through the tunnel and the rainbow colors of soap going down my windshield. Vacuum cleaners are free as well!! Huge plus, and also they have mat cleaners as well you stick inside a machine! Really handy. I enjoy this place a lot for a quick car wash on the go!

I love this place. They're a little pricey but they have the best vacuums, the nicest service people, and the car wash does an excellent job every time.

My trucks never came out spotless to say the least.  You dont get what you pay for with the highest package.  Don't recommend it.
