Not coming back. I have used this place since I moved to Thornton almost 8 years ago and it has been a good place to go until ownership recently changed.  Today I went to get an oil change and saw one of the staff members get visibly angry in the front office. I decided to leave the facility and soon after called and spoke with the manager and expressed that I had left the establishment due to seeing the other staff member get angry in the front office in front of customers and I didn't want that person handling my vehicle. The  Manager didn't really seem to care or make any effort to resolve the issue or retain my business. His parting comment to me was "Thanks for letting me know." 

From now on I will drive a bit farther and spend a few extra dollars at the dealership. At least I know my vehicle will be properly cared for and customer loyalty actually means something.

Let me start by saying do not come here for an oil change, ever! I thought it would be so convenient how you are able to stay with your vehicle while it’s done, but the after math of everything was not worth it. Got my oil done Saturday at about noon, the guy didn’t even ask me what type of oil I wanted, he just rung up conventional. I had to tell him that is not what I wanted, I wanted the synthetic blend... so who knows what was actually put in my car because not even 6 hours after the fact my engine blew on the highway. What a headache... will never go back, for oil or even a car wash and will spread the word.

I gave this place 3 chances. When I had my Silverado I went in for an oil change and was told my rear differential needed to be flushed and they showed me the fluid it was Pitch Black well that's not possible because I literally change the fluid a week before. 2nd I went in with my Toyota Tundra and they said they had topped off my coolant I said "oh great, thank you. Toyota coolant is expensive." Come to find out instead of the orange Toyota fluid that should be in they put green fluid that was incorrect then told me it was universal.  No...no it is not...3rd on the same vehicles I had just completed replacing the bumper and skid plate they come to me telling me that I am missing bolts for the skid plate. My response to this was there better not be any bolts missing cuz if there is that means you lost them. Not to mention when I bring my own oil my oil change shouldn't be almost $40 still...never coming back, not even for the scam of a car wash. The most expensive option says that it washes the underbody well if it did then I wouldn't have salt under there still. I will be sending a bill for the damage they have done my truck. I expect a timely response.

the Valvoline Instant Oil Change places are actually pretty sweet.
I was already due for my second oil change and I went to this one in Thornton to try it out, the staff there were actually pretty cool and professional.

Highly recommend, you just drive into the bay and they finish it all within 10-15 minutes, on top of that they showed me my air filter, gave me washer fluid, made sure my tire pressure was correct, and showed me the oil dipstick.

All while I sat inside my car for it.

very quick process when I didn't feel like leaving my car some place for half a day or more and being without it.
