Requested to get lease details on a Lexus as my current lease terminates this month. Bobby promised to get me info. I text him everything I needed on the vehicle and he said he's going to get back to me soon as he finds the car and gets the numbers. I waited a week, nothing. Sent him a text asking for status and still no reply. I text him earlier today saying "good looking out Bobby". If you're in this business, take care of your potential clients. You're in a business that revolves primarily around referrals. It's not my first lease nor is it the first time I'm going through a broker. They brokers I've done business with in the past have been those who have been on top of it regardless of vehicle type/price. Definitely won't be sending anyone your way and would advise against anyone doing business with you. Sometimes one person can make a big impact on your company with something as simple as a review. Enjoy :)

Sam was so helpful in getting me exactly the car I wanted. He made the experience at the dealership fun and not stressful as I had imagined! I HIGHLY recommend Carbon Auto Group. The guys are solid, trustworthy, and will not try to scam you like some other brokers out there. I got a really good deal that I probably would not have been able to get anywhere else.
