We ordered online, they called immediately and told us they were out of mixed vegetables my son order and asked if he wanted to replace them. Which was very nice. I went to pick it up and it was ready which was very fast. Got back to the hotel, the food was hot, it was huge portions, tons of toppings and best of all it tasted delicious!!!! Great job

They consistently do not bring napkins, other than a really small one that comes with the cellophane-wrapped cutlery, which is useless.  They also forget my ranch dressing (on the side) about 1/2 the time, yet I pay for it all of the time.  Their steak wrap is delicious, but their service is mediocre.

We ordered the Sicilian Pizza. It was very good with lots of toppings. It was delivered to our hotel room. Only issue they did not bring plates and napkins as requested.
