I do not think they have ever gotten my drink order correct. They have unsweetened flavor shots and sweetened flavored swirls. I always double check they heard me say shot, not swirl, and they always give me the wrong one. Not sure if they just don't listen to the order, if it's hard to hear through the drive through, or what the issue is. On one of my visits, the lady handed me the drink and said "flavor swirl." I said that it was supposed to be an unsweetened flavor shot, not the swirl, and she very rudely told me that it was the flavor shot and that she misspoke...well guess what? It wasn't...it was the disgustingly sweet flavor swirl. I don't think it's too much to ask for exactly what I order. Disappointing.

I really like the coffee and if I'm in the mood for something to eat, the sausage egg and cheese croissant is delicious. My best friend and I go here CONSTANTLY for our coffee fix. It's honestly hit or miss. Half the time my drink tastes amazing. The other half it's messed up, not all the way full, or something else that's easily avoidable. I don't get complicated drinks, either. I have only ever gotten a vanilla coffee, either hot or iced, sometimes with cream and sugar. I used to work at Starbucks, so I know how difficult it is to make a beverage- it really isn't! On top of that, we usually go through the drive-thru and place two separate orders. We have NEVER had a problem. That is until about a month or so ago when we pulled up and said 'Can we have two separate orders please?' and the girl said 'Sorry I can only do one through drive-thru.' Since when? If that's truly their policy, then so be it, but I find it funny that 99% of the time we are given two separate orders without any problem at all. It likely boils down to inconsistent training and lackluster management. I worked in retail/food service long enough to recognize the signs when I see them.

Some customer service needs to be taught to a Marisa at the counter. I have been here more than once and she never smiles....never makes you feel like she's listening and seems very cold. I see she is a shift leader too.....really? Upper management....work with her....she needs more attention from you.

Great Dunkin, but couldn't do Order-On-Go. App said not available here right now. Lost my double rewards on Wed.

From out of state and we love Dunkin, sadly this establishment could use better management. The poor girl at the counter took our families order then had to make all 4 drinks, get all 4 donuts, have a line form at the counter, all while 5 of her co-workers stood in a group chatting about their weekend. Not one offered to help her fill the order or help the next customers in the line. The girl apologized for our wait but truly she did the best she could and alone.
