This place scams you and your insurance. If you have any elderly friends or family please urge them to check their bills and insurance and go elsewhere. They should be shut down for medical billing fraud. I am STILL waiting for my money to be refunded after 3 months, unbelievable.

Very poor to no communication. Keep calling to cancel an appointment or to get feedback on results and I get 0 communication. No one from the office ever answers and its constantly routed to a call center that can't do anything but ask that the office return your call. Very upset with this place. I get more communication at a Veterinarians office than here.

The doctors I have visited have been tremendous. The staff is caring and thoughtful. And, as part of johns hopkins, they have access to even more equipment.
