Dr. Le was was nice and it seems he’s done a great job on my procedure.  However, someone on his staff is an idiot and they never answer the freaking phone.  I scheduled an appointment, appointment got moved, left voicemail I couldn’t make the appt change and needed to keep the original appointment.  So instead of keeping the original appointment, the moron never changed it or called to move it to something that worked.  So, I show up to the original appointment, signed in, gave my paperwork, and waited an hour before I was called to the desk.  I was then informed all of this wonderful news and the doctor doesn’t have any openings until Tuesday😡.  Meanwhile, I still can’t go back to work until I’m cleared by this doctor.

I don’t have a negative opinion on Dr. Le, but his staff is incompetent.

Dr. Rice saved my husbands life using new technology.  We were told by hospital staff normally the anomaly Dr. Rice and Medical Center of Arlington found and helped to correct, is normally found during an autopsy and after the person had passed. My husband was 40 at the time. He absolutely wouldn't be here without the help of Dr. Rice.

Dr. Richardson is a great Doctor! Super person, does great work.  However, the person is that runs the office should be replaced.  The average wait time is 2 to 3 hours.  If you call the staff they will tell you everything is running on time and to go ahead and come in.  They will just lie to your face.  We had been waiting for 3 hours and all the patients started coming out of the rooms extremely angry for waiting so long and threatened to leave.  The staff was standing around talking and on their facebook accounts.  After the patients got mad, and confronted the staff, it was a matter of minutes until we started being seen by the Dr.  If you are going to go there make sure you have no other appointments that day, bring a sack lunch and a cot.  It's going to be a LONG day!

Dr put me on meds that I had side effects from. This time I spent 2 days in hospital with severe allergic reaction and almost died. Called to talk to dr. And they are not returning my call. Guess my life isn't important enough.
