Worst insurance!!!!!!  My mother is waiting to be transferred because the hospital her ambulance insisted on brining her to is not contracted with Caremore. We were told someone would let us know where by Francisco, her case manager, who then went home for the day. Nurses at this hospital told us she's be heading to PIH Whittier. This was about six hour ago! It's now almost 1:00am, & naturally there is no one at Caremore to talk to. They left us stranded, & won't even pay for her to stay where she already is! Is this how you treat members of more than ten years?  Horrible customer service. Members clearly don't matter AT ALL to Caremore.  Don't be taken in by the name. They DON'T care!

Been a member since 1/1/11. So far it's been interesting. Some good, some bad. COULD BE MUCH BETTER. I recently went thru a PX HELL. I'm not so sure I'd recommend to others.
