I was a walk-in and had to wait 2-hours to get my vitals taken, plus an additional 30mins to be seen by the PA. I was unaware that one could schedule an appointment for an urgent care visit (unheard of), it would've been great if the "medical professional" who answered my call the night prior had mentioned this since I indicated my intent to visit them. Instead of seeing patients who were in pain and in real need of medical care, they tended to people who needed lab work for employers. Staff just didn't seem to care about the patients.

I went in on a Sunday, waited over 2 hrs and still wasn't even close to being seen. They said they had a lot of appointments. What is the point of having an Urgent Care on a weekend if you are just going to run it like a Monday-friday doctors office!! They also have "call-ahead" where you can reserve your spot. I had called earlier to make sure they took my insurance and was never told that was an option. As we all sat in the waiting room for hours, you could hear the staff hanging out, laughing & talking about going out on Saturday night. Then the guy at the front desk kept leaving for 10-15 minutes. All their pamphlets say excellent customer service, LOL, definitely NOT!! I have been to many urgent cares and it shouldn't take 5 hours to be seen & discharged!

What i liked was the quiet enviroment , not too crowded, the Ipad tegistration was different :) the front desk staff were really nice , and if its busy, an appointment could be set for you, so that you dont have to sit and wait , you can leave and come back .. my experience was really good, oh... and the doctor I had was informative.

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly. It’s quicker if you make an appointment online . Very convenient!!
