So I called the office to schedule an appointment for a medical examination required by USCIS. Someone answered the phone just by saying ''hello", so I asked if it was from Dr Klara Gershman's office, she just answered "yes" and remained quiet. Since there was no customer assistance, I asked to schedule an appointment for the medical examination, so she just replied by saying exactly like this, with a strong eastern european accent: "listen I am busy right now with someone else, and bla bla bla", "bla bla bla" stands for a bunch of words that I did not understand, and following she just hang out the phone. No more words are necessary to finish my review. Way to go Dr. Gershman.

I've been going to see Dr. Gershman for years. I've not been the easiest patient, but thank God she and her staff are excellent! 
Dr. Gershman as gone above and beyond to help me out! I really appreciate her and her staff's work and effort!

They accept walkins but will give you the run around...they need more people onboard assisting people

Dr. Gershman is a very good doctor, but make sure you come early. They make you schedule a month in advance, but rarely start on time.

I want to start off by saying that for most of my life I have hated all doctors because I find them to be incompetent and they never seem to get any diagnosis right. Well, Dr. Gershman came highly recommended and I am SO greatful I went to see her. This woman is knowledgable and kind, and even humorous (not very doctor like!) Even without having health insurance, she is even reasonably priced for visits! She is an amazing doctor and I won't be using anyone else any time soon.
