All these complainers who probably are illegal and sucking the system through government programs. So what you have to wait.! You should be grateful you have a community resource to seek medical attention. And yes you have to pay the rate. These are hard working professionals doing their best under challenging financial circumstances. They have families to feed, rent to pay like everyone else. There is no perfect system,  I receive medical care at the clinic and although it's not the most expedient it's the first line of defense for healthcare in the community for people with no or limited  insurance. So to those complainers who may not be here illegally, try going back to your country of origin and getting medical attention there. Good Luck!!!

This place is a disaster. If you have insurance do yourself a favor and find another medical facility. They have no regard for your time and expect you to wait to see the doctor for hours even with an appointment. The doctor I had the displeasure of seeing the first time I was here has awful bedside manner. She is a great example of how the staff act here. They have personal conversations as you try to get services rendered and then are rude to the customers. Yes, patients are customers. They charged my insurance well over $2,000 the last time I came I was here for 4 hours and this time I'm leaving before seeing the doctor because I'll be damned if they make money off me again after waiting 2.5 hours with no end in sight.

If you want to wait 3-4 hours even when you have appointment then this is the right place for you otherwise stay away. People who work at the lab are rude and don t speak english.

I'm sooo over this clinic... the worst ever! The doctors here are lack of professional. They really don't care about you. To make an appointment at the dentist (good luck) they never ever pick up the calls. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to no one

I've being coming here for sometime now, honestly it's in and out, no issues, the staff is nice, the Location is clean, only thing is no convinient parking, and that's the usual in the Miami Beach.
