Prepare to fight with billing every time. Went in for my annual physical, needed blood work done but the wait was 1.5 hours to be seen. I had another doctors appointment in 2 weeks, the secretary said I could get my blood work done then. I received a bill in the amount of $324 for my physical (my insurance covers annual physicals in full). When I called they said it was because my physical was scheduled 364 days from last years (1 day shy of a year) and it wasn't covered under insurance. Then they said it was a coding error that they ran it as diagnostic not preventative and I am responsible for their mistake. As I continued to fight this charge, they then told me 5 months later that I only have 5 days to get blood taken from my actual physical date. Very unhappy with the run around, this isn't the first time they messed up my billing. If I was responsible for filling out all the paperwork I would pay it, but the this expensive mistake was caused by them and they are expecting me to pay for it.

Front desk staff is awful. 31 weeks pregnant they've scheduled me completely wrong twice abd hung up on me twice. It's not worth the doctors.

The slowest obgyn office I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Front desk staff is beyond rude and I always have an hour wait! My appointment is at 930 not 1045. Craziness!!
