Sharks. The stories you have heard are true. Not a place to trust your most valuable asset. To top it off, every time I have stepped into one of their offices, you feel like you are either bothering people or you feel like you walked into a used car superstore. They need to hire new realtors for sure.

I struggled to sell my home and land with another realtor for almost a year. Patrick Carey the owner  of Carey and Giampa sold it in just several weeks !! He was very good at communicating and keeping me in the "loop" as far as what activity was taking  place, he even gave some staging ideas and helped me find a new rental. Its no surprise why he is the top agent at the top agency in Seacoast NH.
