Story

Welcome to the Seacoast Regions of New Hampshire and southeastern Maine. Having lived in New Hampshire for 28 years, and here in the greater Seacoast Region since 2000, I can speak with knowledge and enthusiasm about the natural beauty and cultural richness of this part of New England. While I grew up in New Jersey, attended Rollins College in Florida, resided in Sydney, Australia and London, England, my heart is deeply rooted in New England, and New Hampshire is where we have raised our children since 1990.
As a REALTOR® in both New Hampshire and Maine, I have worked successfully with sellers and buyers, on residential, seasonal and commercial properties. Every transaction is unique and requires a solid understanding of the many elements that come into play. I understand the importance of my role when navigating challenging negotiations. I have experienced the joy of helping buyers to find their first home or to transition to new surroundings. I'm empathetic to the gravity involved in some situations that cause people to relocate. The waters are ever changing. Adapting to the changes in the immediate situation and in the broad spectrum of the real estate market is critical for success.
